So, what’s the role all about?
The Director of Talent Acquisition Transformation will be responsible for keeping NiCE's global Talent Acquisition organization future-ready and ahead of industry trends by leveraging AI tools, automation, and innovative recruiting technologies. This leader will drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and operating practices to enable smarter, faster, more effective and higher-quality talent hiring
How will you make an impact?
- Define and execute the global Talent Acquisition transformation and operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the TA technology roadmap, including ATS, CRM, AI-powered recruiting tools, automation capabilities, workflow optimization, and recruiting analytics.
- Drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to increase TA Partners’ productivity, improve hiring quality, reduce cycle times, and enhance the candidate experience.
- Establish global standards, governance, and operating procedures while balancing consistency with global and local market needs.
- Own recruiting analytics and insights, delivering meaningful reporting, executive dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including time-to-fill, hiring velocity, funnel conversion, quality of hire, TA Partners’ effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.
- Own the TA tool ecosystem and roadmap, manage vendor relationships and ensure systems are integrated and scalable for growth.
- Lead high-impact TA programs including Referrals and Talent Masters to elevate recruiters' strategic capabilities.
- Partner closely with HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and business leaders to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and organizational change management across the TA function.
Have you got what it takes?
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years focused on TA Operations in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Proven success leading TA Operations within a global, high-growth, technology-driven organization.
- Deep expertise in recruiting technologies, process design, analytics, and operational transformation.
- Experience implementing AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Strategic thinker, operational builder, technology and AI enthusiast, change agent, data-driven decision maker, and customer-centric leader.
