Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to provide remote behavioral health services to adults throughout Vermont. This role is intended for a clinician who can provide consistent, professional support to individuals experiencing a range of emotional and mental health concerns. The position offers a structured weekday schedule and the opportunity to deliver individualized care within an established telehealth setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct clinical evaluations and identify appropriate treatment priorities
- Establish and maintain individualized treatment goals
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions based on client presentation and clinical need
- Evaluate client progress and modify treatment approaches when appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely progress notes and required clinical documentation
- Maintain compliance with Vermont licensure requirements, telehealth regulations, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics
Requirements
- Active Vermont LCMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or mental health-related field
- Experience delivering outpatient mental health therapy
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
