Position Details
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled therapy sessions to an assigned caseload
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs
- Review client progress and make appropriate adjustments to care
- Coordinate with other professionals when additional support is needed
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
- Skilled in therapy techniques and client communication.
- Team-oriented approach with a desire for professional development.
