Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to join a remote practice serving clients throughout New Hampshire. We’re looking for a clinician who is dependable, professional, and comfortable working with clients from different backgrounds and circumstances. The practice offers regular weekday hours, a consistent workflow, and a collaborative clinical environment where quality of care remains the priority.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete clinical assessments and identify areas of concern
- Establish treatment goals based on client needs and clinical presentation
- Support clients with emotional concerns, coping skills, symptom management, and behavioral change
- Review progress and adjust treatment strategies when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire LCMHC license in good standing
- Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensure
- Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role
- Ability to work independently while meeting clinical quality and documentation expectations.
- Experience providing counseling services in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, or community settings is helpful.
