Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote behavioral health care to clients across Colorado.
You’ll work with people managing a range of mental health and life concerns, while also considering the social and practical factors that may be affecting their overall wellbeing. We’re looking for someone who is clinically confident, organized, and comfortable building long-term therapeutic relationships in a telehealth setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth sessions
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and gather relevant clinical history
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs and progress
- Support clients with coping strategies, behavior change, and day-to-day stability
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Identify when additional services or community resources may be helpful
Requirements
- Active Colorado license as LCSW (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience providing clinical therapy services (telehealth welcome)
- Knowledge of crisis protocols, screening, and referral pathways
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a remote team
