Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth behavioral health services to clients in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, a solid understanding of relational and family systems, and experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a range of emotional, interpersonal, and behavioral concerns. Care is delivered within a structured virtual environment that supports continuity, professional collaboration, and consistent clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled psychotherapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals
- Apply evidence-informed interventions appropriate to relational and family concerns
- Evaluate treatment progress and revise goals when clinically indicated
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in scheduled case consultations, clinical meetings, and professional development activities
- Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Experience in outpatient or similar settings preferred
- Comfortable using digital platforms for care and documentation
