Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth behavioral health services to clients in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, a solid understanding of relational and family systems, and experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a range of emotional, interpersonal, and behavioral concerns. Care is delivered within a structured virtual environment that supports continuity, professional collaboration, and consistent clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduled psychotherapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals
  • Apply evidence-informed interventions appropriate to relational and family concerns
  • Evaluate treatment progress and revise goals when clinically indicated
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in scheduled case consultations, clinical meetings, and professional development activities
  • Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics

Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Master’s degree in a mental health field
  • Experience in outpatient or similar settings preferred
  • Comfortable using digital platforms for care and documentation
