About the Opportunity
We are looking for an independently licensed mental health professional to join a remote clinical team serving clients throughout Hawaii. This opportunity is a strong fit for a therapist who values meaningful client connections, professional autonomy, and a consistent work structure. Key Duties
- Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform
- Establish treatment goals and adjust care plans based on client progress
- Support clients working through emotional concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions
- Determine when referrals or additional services may be beneficial
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow Hawaii licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics
Requirements
- A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- An active Hawaii LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW license.
- At least two years of clinical experience.
