We're happy you found us! We are looking for unrestricted, fully licensed therapists who are willing to provide compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental care to our clients. Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus. Please note: If you are not currently licensed in the state of California, you must be willing to become licensed in California (we’ll help you through the process, and cover the cost).
- Conduct tele-health sessions on our platform
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning
- Develop meaningful connections with clients
- Provide personalized care tailored to individual patient needs
- Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist
- Unrestricted independent license (LMFT, LCSW or LPCC) in good standing
- Must be able to provide tele-heath sessions
- 2+ years of direct care experience with adult individuals
- Bilingual in Spanish is not required, but a plus!
- Comprehensive Clinical Support – Continuous case consultation and collaboration with our senior leadership team.
- Supervisor Training and Resources – Structured onboarding and access to current BBS-compliant supervision tools and templates.
- Legal & Ethical Guidance – Direction from our clinical leadership team regarding BBS regulations, documentation standards, and risk management.
- Diverse Clinical Team – Opportunity to collaborate with LMFTs, LPCCs, NPs, and LCSWs from various specialties and backgrounds.
- Mission-Driven Engagement – Contribute to an organization committed to equitable, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
- Purposeful Mentorship – Guide early-career clinicians in their professional development while enhancing your own leadership and clinical identity.
Compensation
- Clinical - $70 per 53 minute session
- Supervision - $55 per hour
- Onboarding, training, meetings, and missed/canceled appointments - $40 per hour
- Quarterly Bonus based on session availability
