Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is looking for caring, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with children and are passionate about helping them learn, grow, and succeed, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you're an experienced RBT or newer to the field and eager to continue developing your skills, we provide ongoing support and clinical guidance to help you succeed.
About the Role:
As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a 10-year-old boy in a home-based setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll help teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while building a positive and meaningful relationship with the child and family.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions
- Follow treatment plans and behavior support strategies developed by the BCBA
- Collect simple session data and complete documentation
- Communicate with supervisors and caregivers regarding client progress
- Participate in supervision and training opportunities
- Help create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
- Active RBT certification preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Reliable, patient, and professional
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn, accept feedback, and implement treatment plans consistently
- Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
