Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs while working in a supportive and professional environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, energetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
Position Overview:
As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Services are delivered in home-based settings, with opportunities to work in school or community environments depending on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity
- Provide services in home, school, and/or community settings
- Collect and record session data accurately using Rethink within 24 hours
- Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings
- Spanish Speaking is a MUST
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification (in good standing)
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ABA data collection and documentation
- Ability to remain patient, flexible, and responsive in dynamic environments
