Conducting targeted literature reviews and telehealth industry research to support new or evolving clinical programs and topic areas
-
Translating clinical requirements into clear, usable program summaries or workflow visuals
-
Identifying gaps in existing clinical documentation and recommending improvements
-
Supporting training and reference materials for internal teams or healthcare providers
What We Are Looking For:
-
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, journalism, or equivalent professional experience
-
3+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
-
Familiarity with medical terminology, regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA), and clinical references such as PubMed and UpToDate
-
Familiarity with Blog and SEO content, REDDIT and other online content areas and strategy
-
Demonstrated agility and understanding in leveraging AI tools and technical resources for efficient medical content review, writing, and editing
-
Exceptional written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex medical and scientific information into clear, engaging content
-
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
-
Comfortable managing deliverables across a variable, project-based schedule
-
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or equivalent
