Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Implementation Consultant to deploy, configure, and implement an enterprise Data Loss Prevention solution. The consultant will be responsible for installing and activating the DLP platform, configuring security policies, deploying endpoint agents for Windows and macOS devices, and ensuring the solution is operational and aligned with customer security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Activate and configure DLP software licenses.
- Install and deploy the DLP Management Server.
- Configure the DLP Server according to best practices.
- Design, implement, and fine-tune DLP policies.
- Configure policy rules for data protection and compliance.
- Deploy DLP endpoint agents on Windows and macOS devices.
- Validate agent communication with the DLP server.
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting.
- Monitor deployment progress and resolve implementation issues.
- Collaborate with customer IT and security teams during implementation.
- Prepare deployment documentation and configuration guides.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for customer administrators.
- Support UAT and go-live activities.
- Ensure implementation follows vendor and security best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience implementing enterprise DLP solutions.
- Experience deploying DLP servers and endpoint agents.
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS administration.
- Experience creating and managing DLP policies.
- Understanding of endpoint security and data protection concepts.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Experience with one or more DLP solutions such as:

- Symantec DLP (Broadcom)
- Trellix/McAfee DLP
- Microsoft Purview DLP
- Digital Guardian
- CoSoSys Endpoint Protector
- Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or vendor-specific certifications.
- Experience with SIEM and endpoint security solutions.
- Experience with data classification and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
