What we look for:
· 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Enablement Operations, or Professional Services Operations within high-growth technology companies.
· Proven experience owning regional operating cadence, forecasting frameworks, and large-scale execution models.
· Strong commercial fluency, including understanding of utilization, forecast variance, and revenue discipline.
· Experience implementing automation, analytics, or AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and predictability.
· Analytical rigor with the ability to translate data into executive-level insight and actionable recommendations.
· Experience operating in matrixed, international environments with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances.
· A structured, systems-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, governance, and scalability.
