$115,000–$120,000 per year
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
What You’ll Be Working With
This position is focused on helping individuals, couples, and families work through issues that affect their relationships and emotional well-being. Sessions may involve communication difficulties, family conflict, emotional regulation, relationship changes, or other concerns that bring clients to therapy. The clinician will conduct assessments, establish treatment goals, and provide therapy based on each client’s circumstances. You’ll also review progress over time and make changes to the treatment approach when appropriate.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Complete clinical intakes and assess relational and family concerns
- Establish clear treatment goals with clients
- Use family systems and other appropriate therapeutic approaches
- Review client progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate session notes and clinical records
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with relational and systemic concerns
- Confidence using telehealth technology
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
