Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking a Virtual Therapist to provide mental health services to clients throughout Kentucky. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule within a structured telehealth setting, with a focus on assessment, therapy, and ongoing client care.
The clinician will:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop appropriate care plans
- Provide individual and group therapy through telehealth
- Establish treatment goals based on client needs
- Monitor progress and update treatment objectives when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the electronic health record
- Communicate with other members of the care team when coordination is needed
- Follow applicable clinical, ethical, and documentation standards
The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with clients, and maintain consistent documentation while working remotely.
Requirements
- Must hold an active LMFT, LPCC, LPP, or LCSW license in Kentucky
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience in therapy settings, preferably including telehealth
- Technologically comfortable and self-directed
