Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of professional experience designing intuitive, engaging, and visually polished digital products.
You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn business requirements and user needs into thoughtful digital experiences. This is an ideal opportunity for a designer who combines strong visual design skills with a user-centered approach and enjoys taking ownership from initial concepts through final implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and/or mobile products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, effective design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Build, maintain, and contribute to scalable design systems and reusable components.
- Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing, and design validation.
- Use feedback, research, and product insights to continuously improve the user experience.
- Ensure consistency across layouts, typography, colors, components, and interaction patterns.
- Prepare designs and specifications for smooth developer handoff.
- Review implemented designs and collaborate with developers to maintain a high standard of quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX, Product Design, or Digital Product Design experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and your design process.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and usability.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to clearly communicate and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and visual design skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing SaaS or technology products.
- Experience working with startups or fast-paced product teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG principles.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and front-end development concepts.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests, or other UX research.
