Full-Time | $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families across Kansas. Clients may be working through relationship concerns, family conflict, anxiety, depression, stress, or major life changes. You’ll manage a regular caseload, complete clinical evaluations, establish treatment goals, and use your clinical judgment to guide care throughout the treatment process.
Key Duties
- Conduct individual, couples, and family telehealth sessions
- Review referrals and complete initial evaluations
- Develop treatment goals and appropriate therapeutic approaches
- Address relationship, family, emotional, and behavioral concerns
- Complete risk screenings and follow established procedures
- Provide referrals or additional resources when needed
- Coordinate with other providers when appropriate
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field that meets Kansas licensing requirements
- Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) license in Kansas
- Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Comfortable providing counseling through a telehealth platform
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
