$115,000–$120,000 per year
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Position
This role is centered on providing consistent therapy to individuals, couples, and families across Arkansas. You’ll work with clients through telehealth, support them through ongoing treatment, and make sure care plans continue to reflect their needs and progress. Along with direct therapy, the position includes maintaining clear clinical records, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and taking part in case planning when needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
- Document sessions clearly and accurately
- Review clinical notes for completeness and quality
- Participate in case planning discussions
- Maintain compliance with Arkansas LMFT requirements
Requirements
- Active Arkansas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
