Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Washington
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will provide telehealth services to clients throughout Washington, with a focus on assessment, treatment planning, therapy delivery, and ongoing clinical documentation.
This position requires sound clinical judgment, consistent follow-through, and the ability to provide structured care in a remote setting. The therapist will also participate in virtual consultations, trainings, and case reviews as part of the clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions
- Document diagnoses, clinical impressions, and treatment recommendations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress
- Complete EMR notes and required documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in virtual consultations, trainings, and case reviews
- Follow established escalation procedures when safety concerns arise
Requirements
- Active Washington license: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT
- Master’s/Doctoral degree in a related field
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Experience in clinical therapy preferred
