About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management organization and develop and own the product strategy around how media is priced, bought, and transacted. Our Publisher & Ad Tech clients increasingly look to us to help navigate the increasingly fragmented and complex media landscape across diverging media channels, buy types, transaction offerings, and pricing. To deliver on these needs, you will need to become an expert on customer use cases mapped to user personas and translate those into an actionable roadmap that aligns with MediaRadar’s larger strategic plan and product investments.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Set and sustain a customer-centric media pricing, buying, and transacting product strategy and roadmap in partnership with customers, commercial teams, Product counterparts, and Engineering.
- Prove out hypotheses and concepts with rapid prototyping, market research, and direct luminary customer feedback.
- Lead execution through sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, and sprint reviews to ensure on-time and quality delivery through strong agile SDLC framework discipline.
- Maximize engineering and design team value delivery through clear and user-centric product requirements and new methods of requirements delivery with AI.
- Assess, validate, communicate, and deliver on customer feedback to determine strategic alignment, appropriately manage expectations, and adapt the product roadmap.
- Drive proactive go-to-market by developing client-facing documentation, demos, positioning statements / talk tracks, and commercial enablement resources in concert with Product Marketing.
- Engage with MediaRadar’s executive leadership team to share progress, learnings, and build support for continued investment.
Qualifications (What You’ve Done)
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management in SaaS and/or data-oriented subject matter within the advertising, media, or marketing/ad tech industries.
- Demonstrated success shipping product that has delivered quantifiable business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude with the proven ability to synthesize varying sets of quantitative and qualitative data into data-backed decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – and your presentations are tailored to your audiences with the appropriate level of detail to land your message.
- Familiarity with agile management tools (e.g., Jira), user design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable), and analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
