Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Location: Illinois
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide telehealth therapy services to adults throughout Illinois. This role focuses on helping clients work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and ongoing life stressors through consistent, structured care.
The LCPC will manage scheduled client sessions, develop appropriate treatment approaches, and support clients as they work toward improved daily functioning and personal goals.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions for adult clients
- Identify client concerns and establish appropriate treatment goals
- Use clinical judgment to guide therapeutic approaches and client support
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
- Follow Illinois licensure requirements and telehealth standards
Requirements
- Active Illinois LCPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related mental health field
- Prior experience delivering outpatient therapy services
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
