Location: Nebraska
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are looking for a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner to join a telehealth program serving adults and adolescents throughout Nebraska. The clinician in this role will manage an ongoing caseload, meet with clients regularly through secure video sessions, and guide treatment based on each person’s clinical needs. The position is focused on direct care, consistent follow-up, and maintaining strong clinical standards throughout the treatment process.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead scheduled therapy sessions for adult and adolescent clients
  • Complete diagnostic evaluations and gather relevant clinical information
  • Establish treatment goals and review progress throughout care
  • Adjust therapeutic approaches based on client response and changing needs
  • Maintain complete and timely clinical records
  • Ensure services align with Nebraska licensure requirements and professional standards

Requirements

  • Active Nebraska LIMHP license
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth settings
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapy approaches
  • Ability to manage a steady clinical caseload
