Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Oklahoma
Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor who wants a full-time telehealth role with defined hours and a steady workflow. In this position, your day is centered on providing therapy, tracking progress, and supporting clients through practical mental health care. The structure is designed to reduce interruptions and allow you to focus on clinical decision-making and client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth systems
- Complete clinical intakes and ongoing mental health assessments
- Develop treatment plans with measurable goals
- Review client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow Oklahoma LPC regulations and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
- Strong attention to clinical documentation standards
