Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Colorado
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to clients throughout Colorado. This role focuses on supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate relationship concerns, family dynamics, life transitions, and emotional challenges. The LMFT will provide ongoing therapy through telehealth, help clients identify goals, and support progress through structured treatment and consistent follow-up.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Explore client concerns related to relationships, family roles, communication, and life changes
- Complete assessments and identify areas of focus for treatment
- Develop and adjust care plans based on client progress and changing needs
- Support clients through concerns such as conflict, separation, parenting challenges, and emotional stress
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and treatment progress
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in Colorado
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with couples, families, or individual clients
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
