Location: Utah
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
A remote opportunity is available for a licensed therapist to provide mental health services to clients throughout Utah. This position is focused on direct client care, including evaluations, therapy sessions, treatment planning, and ongoing review of client progress. The therapist will support clients through a secure telehealth platform while maintaining professional documentation practices and collaborating with other providers when care coordination is needed.
Clinical Duties
- Complete client evaluations and identify appropriate treatment goals
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth
- Develop treatment plans that reflect client needs and progress
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and clinical documentation
- Review outcomes and adjust treatment approaches when clinically appropriate
Requirements
- Active Utah license as an LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related discipline
- Experience providing therapy in outpatient, community-based, or telehealth settings
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and virtual care technology
- Strong communication skills and dedication to upholding clinical best practices
