The Project Manager will oversee project execution, improve internal processes, and ensure teams consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
This role will manage project workflows, maintain documentation, own project management systems, and keep teams organized around priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects simultaneously. They should naturally create structure, identify risks early, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from kickoff through completion.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining visibility into priorities and deadlines.
Ensure teams understand responsibilities, expectations, and next steps.
Track project progress and proactively identify risks or blockers.
Follow up with team members to ensure commitments are completed on time.
Keep projects moving forward by driving accountability and execution.
Process Management & Improvement
Develop, maintain, and improve project workflows and operating processes.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve team productivity.
Create repeatable systems that allow projects to scale effectively.
Ensure teams follow established processes and best practices.
Continuously improve how work is planned, tracked, and completed.
Documentation & Organization
Create and maintain project documentation.
Ensure important information is organized and accessible.
Document decisions, updates, and changes throughout project lifecycles.
Build resources that improve team alignment and operational clarity.
Project Management Tools Ownership
Own and maintain project management platforms and workflows.
Ensure tools are organized, updated, and used effectively across teams.
Create project structures, task systems, and reporting views.
Train team members on processes and tool usage when needed.
Identify opportunities to improve visibility and collaboration through better systems.
Team Coordination & Communication
Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams.
Create agendas, capture action items, and follow up on commitments.
Act as the central point of coordination between stakeholders.
Keep leadership informed on project status, risks, and progress.
Ensure teams remain aligned on goals and priorities.
Qualifications
Experience
3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related role.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
Proven ability to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Experience improving processes and creating operational structure.
Skills
Experience using project management tools.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to build workflows, dashboards, and project tracking systems.
Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Ability to clearly communicate priorities and expectations.
Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize effectively while working under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues before they become problems.
Proactive, process-driven approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
