Your work will directly shape how enterprise-level requirements are captured, documented, and translated into transformation outcomes.
What You'll Do
Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, and Process Owners to elicit and validate requirements.
Document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and O2C domains.
Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments.
Perform target mapping and data mapping activities in support of enterprise ERP implementation.
Write and analyze SQL queries to support data analysis and validation efforts.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership, facilitating consensus across business and technology teams.
Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to executive stakeholders.
Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities throughout the transformation program.

SME-level, hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within manufacturing environments.
Strong experience with order management and order entry processes.
Proven end-to-end enterprise ERP implementation experience (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability to document requirements for large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives.
Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders.
Proficiency with SQL queries and target/data mapping in ERP contexts.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams without direct authority.
