About the Role
We are looking for PhD-level experts in Developmental Psychology, Child Development, or a closely related field to support an AI training and evaluation project focused on how children learn, think, communicate, and develop across different cultural and linguistic contexts.
The work involves reviewing and annotating developmental-psychology content, evaluating AI-generated outputs for accuracy and appropriateness, and contributing expert judgment to scenarios involving children’s learning, behavior, cognition, language, and psychosocial development. Direct clinical experience is not required; strong academic or research expertise is highly relevant.

LOCATIONS: Remote - GLOBAL
NOTES: Candidates must hold either a completed PhD in Psychology, and be native in one of the required languages - Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Lithuanian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, Gujarati, or Bulgarian.
Responsibilities
- Review and annotate datasets related to child development and developmental psychology.
- Evaluate AI-generated content for developmental accuracy and relevance.
- Assess cultural and linguistic appropriateness across different child-development scenarios.
- Provide expert input on children’s learning, behavior, cognition, and psychosocial development.
- Contribute to scenario design, test cases, and realistic child-development situations.
- Identify inaccurate assumptions, developmental mismatches, or weak psychological reasoning.
- Help create and refine guidelines for AI systems interacting with child-development topics.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on model improvement.
- Document findings and recommendations clearly.
Requirements
- Completed PhD in Developmental Psychology, Child Development, or a closely related field.
- Strong academic or research background related to child development.
- Ability to evaluate developmental-psychology content critically and accurately.
- Strong understanding of cognitive, linguistic, social, emotional, and psychosocial development.
- Ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly in writing.
- Strong awareness of cultural differences in child development.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote digital environment.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented review skills.
