Iowa | Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth
$115,000–$120,000 per year + Full Benefits
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We’re looking for an Iowa-licensed LMFT to join our team and provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Clients may come to you with relationship problems, family conflict, communication issues, stress, mood concerns, or major changes at home. You’ll work with them to understand what’s going on, set goals for therapy, and choose an approach that makes sense for their situation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with individuals, couples, and families for scheduled therapy sessions
- Complete initial assessments and discuss each client’s main concerns
- Set treatment goals and keep care plans up to date
- Help clients work through relationship, communication, emotional, and family concerns
- Use therapeutic approaches that fit the client and their needs
- Review progress and make changes to treatment when needed
- Complete progress notes and other required documentation
- Protect client privacy and maintain professional boundaries
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active LMFT license in Iowa
- Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth
- Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
