We are looking for skilled mental health professionals to deliver quality therapy services in a fully remote capacity. Our team provides the support and flexibility you need to focus on client care without unnecessary distractions. Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions and provide guidance to clients.
- Assess patient needs and create individualized treatment plans.
- Keep accurate documentation of client progress.
- Act as a trusted resource for individuals navigating mental health challenges.
- Coordinate care with other health professionals as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active LMFT license in California.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in counseling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience using telehealth technology preferred.
