Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Vermont
Position Summary
This role focuses on providing therapy services to individuals using a strengths-based and evidence-informed approach. As an LICSW, you will support clients with emotional regulation, trauma history, and everyday challenges through consistent virtual care.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions remotely
- Assess psychosocial needs and treatment progress
- Document sessions according to compliance standards
- Coordinate care when referrals are appropriate
- Uphold Vermont clinical practice guidelines
Requirements
- Active Vermont LICSW license
- Master’s degree in social work
- Prior clinical therapy experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
