Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. The clinician will be responsible for assessing client needs, establishing treatment goals, providing appropriate therapeutic interventions, and monitoring progress throughout treatment. The position also includes maintaining clinical documentation, participating in supervision and professional development, and using appropriate technology to support service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical assessments and identify treatment needs
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to client needs
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies when indicated
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in clinical supervision and continuing professional development
  • Use approved digital tools and telehealth technology as part of service delivery
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable Oregon licensing and ethical requirements

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Counseling.
  • Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Oregon.
  • Background in clinical therapy and patient care.
  • Strong communication skills in both in-person and virtual settings.
