Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + Full Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Position
We’re looking for an LPCC who can create a comfortable, professional space where clients can talk openly about what they’re experiencing and work towards practical goals. You’ll provide counselling to clients across Minnesota, from initial assessment through ongoing sessions. Your work will include understanding each client’s concerns, developing an appropriate plan, and adjusting your approach as their needs and progress change.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counselling sessions through telehealth
- Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Establish treatment goals based on each client’s needs and circumstances
- Use evidence-informed counselling approaches appropriate to the client
- Review progress and adjust treatment when clinically appropriate
Requirements
- Active Minnesota LPCC license in good standing
- Ability to build rapport through video sessions and maintain a consistent full-time schedule
- Comfort supporting adult clients with a range of behavioral health concerns
- Master's degree in counseling, clinical mental health counseling, or a closely related field
- Professional experience providing therapy in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, community mental health, or similar settings
