Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Arkansas
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
The Role
The LPC will provide individual counseling to clients in Arkansas through telehealth. The work includes understanding each client’s concerns, completing assessments, setting treatment goals, and providing therapy based on their needs. Along with client sessions, you’ll be responsible for treatment planning, progress documentation, and coordinating with other providers when additional care is needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial information
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
- Provide therapeutic support for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
- Review client progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Respond to client concerns professionally and follow appropriate clinical procedures
Requirements
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
