Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + Benefits
We are seeking a Washington-licensed therapist to provide individual and group therapy through telehealth, with responsibilities including assessment, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and referrals when needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled individual and group therapy sessions
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical information
- Establish treatment goals and contribute to treatment planning
- Document client progress and clinical concerns accurately
- Respond appropriately to changes in client needs
- Refer clients to additional services or resources when indicated
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable Washington licensing and professional requirements
Requirements
- Master's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Active Washington license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
- Experience with telehealth platforms and online documentation
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
