We are seeking a talented and motivated QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions by collaborating closely with the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the process of test planning, test coverage, and estimation within a small to medium-sized team
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
  • Execute manual tests, analyze results, identify and report defects, and provide clear and detailed documentation
  • Develop, maintain, and execute basic automated test scripts to support existing automation efforts and improve test coverage
  • Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, test coverage, and overall QA efficiency
  • Collaborate with software engineers and other team members to ensure software quality and stability throughout the development lifecycle
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant testing tools, techniques, and automation best practices


Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques
  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, primarily focused on manual testing
  • Experience in designing, writing, and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
  • Basic experience with test automation, including writing and maintaining automated test scripts using Java, Python, TypeScript, or another programming language
  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end testing, including API testing
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Experience with Jira and test management tools such as Zephyr, Xray, TestRail, or similar
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to testing
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with software engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
