The listing
TechOp Solutions International is seeking a Project Analyst to provide portfolio, program, and project management support to a federal program office. The Project Analyst will help identify and prioritize research, development, testing, and evaluation needs; support business and budget processes; track requirements; analyze data; and prepare high-quality materials to support leadership decision-making.
Duties:
- Support federal portfolio managers throughout the R&D lifecycle, including requirements generation, technology scouting, solution identification, project execution, transition, and performance assessment.
- Coordinate Integrated Product Team meetings and Component engagements; prepare agendas, read-ahead packages, minutes, action items, white papers, quad charts, and executive briefings.
- Enter, maintain, extract, analyze, and summarize RDT&E-need information in client’s CRM system, approved workflow, requirements-tracking, and reporting systems.
- Support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution activities, budget proposals, spend planning, and funding documentation.
- Respond to data calls, consolidate inputs, establish metrics, create dashboards, and track schedule, cost, performance, risks, and deliverables.
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, public policy, engineering, economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of federal portfolio, program, project, acquisition, requirements, or R&D-support experience.
- Experience preparing executive briefings, reports, white papers, dashboards, and decision-support products.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Project, and data-analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must meet security eligibility requirements.
