Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead product strategy, requirements, and delivery for our healthcare technology platform. This role owns product strategy, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, roadmap execution, and provides hands-on technical participation in solution design, integrations, and delivery planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Own backlog prioritization and requirements management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, customers, operations, and engineering.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
  • Participate in architecture, integration, API, and solution design discussions.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.
  • Assist with technical analysis, troubleshooting, and proof-of-concept efforts.
  • Drive customer feedback collection and support ticket analysis to fulfill continuous product improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, Software Engineering, or related experience.
  • Experience delivering enterprise software products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Healthcare technology experience.
  • Java and Spring Boot ecosystem familiarity.
  • REST APIs, SQL, Azure, and microservices experience.
  • Healthcare interoperability knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, and security best practices.

Additional Details

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager who is a motivated, hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with technical depth, embrace complex challenges, and drive product excellence from concept through delivery.  This position will require someone who can speak fluent business, fluent customer, and fluent engineer. That combination is much more valuable to us today than hiring a pure Product Manager or a pure engineering leader.

You will be required to own product strategy, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and roadmap execution for the development organization, enabling the CTO to focus on technology leadership, architecture, and strategic initiatives, while also bringing enough hands-on technical expertise to effectively partner with engineers and contribute to technical documentation and product development success.

Ready to Take on the Challenge?

If you are passionate about building innovative healthcare technology solutions and thrive at the intersection of product strategy, customer engagement, and technical execution, we would love to hear from you. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our platform, influence key business decisions, and work closely with executive leadership and engineering teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.

If you're excited by the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing organization and help scale the next generation of healthcare technology, we encourage you to apply and join our team.
