The listing
What you will do
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will lead and grow a team of engineers , owning technical direction plus hiring, growth, and performance for the people on your team who build Sysdig's runtime agent, the software customers install directly in their environments and Sysdog’s the primary data source.
You will review designs and code across the team, unblock engineers on the hardest problems, and stay hands-on with the most technically demanding, cross-cutting work yourself.
You will partner with product, detection and security research teams to guarantee new functionality into our runtime agent without regressing performance or stability in production.
