Simply put, there’s no better place to accelerate your career. Come join us!
The Role
Private practice dentists don't trust software vendors easily, and they especially don't trust anyone telling them how to run clinical decisions who doesn't actually understand dentistry. That's the gap this role closes. You'll own a book of SMB and private practice accounts across Egypt, and you'll need real dental knowledge to have a credible conversation about diagnostic AI, not just a script. Without that grounding, adoption stalls, renewals slip, and practices quietly churn because nobody earned the right to keep them engaged.
You'll sit within our Customer Success and Support org, working closely with Support, Product, and Engineering, but the relationship, the health of the account, and the outcome all sit with you. You're also operating without a fully built playbook in a startup that moves fast, so you'll be building your own approach to a given account more often than following an existing one.
If earning a skeptical clinician's trust and turning that into real product adoption sounds like the fun part of the job rather than a slog, keep reading.
Responsibilities
Onboard new customers, guiding them through setup, training, and best practices to ensure successful adoption of the platform.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to understand goals, challenges, and usage patterns.
Proactively monitor customer health and engagement, identifying risks and opportunities to improve retention and expansion.
Provide product expertise and troubleshooting support, collaborating with support, product, and engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Gather customer feedback and advocate internally, helping influence product improvements and ensuring the customer voice is represented across the organization.
Qualifications
You need real dental knowledge: the first step of our application process is built to test for it directly, so there's no faking it. That knowledge might come from being a currently practicing dentist, a dental hygienist, a dental school graduate, or someone with hands-on clinical training, but it has to be real and current enough to hold a credible conversation with a skeptical dentist about their own workflow. From there, we care about whether you can own a relationship end to end and move a customer from tolerating a product to actively using it. Prior CSM or B2B SaaS experience, especially owning a high volume book of accounts, is a genuine plus and will make ramping faster, but it's optional. If you don't have real dental knowledge, this role isn't a fit no matter how strong your CSM background is.
Education: No specific degree required. Dental training or clinical background (dentist, dental hygienist, or equivalent) is required
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational skills, strong product troubleshooting instincts
Experience: 3+ years of professional work experience. B2B SaaS or CSM book-of-business ownership preferred but not required
