The Connections Platform team specializes in the technology that drives seamless connections between all Zillow lines of business and our valued customers — dependably enabling meaningful connections no matter where they are in their journey. We value curiosity, thoughtful collaboration, and a shared commitment to creating impactful products for customers, partners, and the business.

About the role

The Senior Product Manager, Connections Platform leads complex product strategy and roadmap execution for a platform that serves as the foundation for multiple products across Zillow. This role partners closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to define vision, prioritize work, and deliver scalable, data-informed solutions — including our core Leads service and Switchboard Agents, an agentic harnessing platform aimed at enabling agentic experiences across Zillow.

You Will Get To

  • Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Connections Platform, aligning with company strategic priorities and customer needs
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and requirements through launch, iteration, and optimization — using quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions

  • Partner with teams across Zillow to understand their needs and translate them into clear product requirements and technical trade-offs

  • Build prototypes, auditing and configuration portals, and more by leveraging AI tools such as Replit, Cursor, and Claude Code

  • Analyze leads data and leverage AI tools to identify opportunities to improve our platforms and ultimately improve the customer experience

  • Shape the future of agentic connections by building services that enable the next generation of lead nurturing, classification, and customer engagement

  • Mentor less experienced product managers or peers on product discovery, prioritization, and execution best practices
