First point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador. The right person for this role is enthusiastic at addressing our client’s customers’ needs aiming to provide an excellent service. Assist viewers through phone, chat and emails regarding different queries. Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality. Provide technical support, troubleshoot of system configurations, and network settings. Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE:
• Engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs
• Promoting products or services and guiding customers toward the right solution
• Keeping accurate records of leads, opportunities and follow-ups
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
• Language Maestro: Fluent in Italian, good English
• Persuasive, confident communication style
• Resilience and a target-driven mindset
• Good negotiation skills
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Comfortable working with performance-based incentives
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean criminal record
• B2+ English level
• Availability to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal or Covilhã)

Full Remote
Working Schedule
- 40 hours per week.
- 8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break.
- Rotational shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Monday to Sunday – 7am to 9 pm (365 days per year)
- Days Off: 2 Days Rotational
