Paid acquisition is Scale Army's biggest growth driver. We spend close to $100K/month across paid channels, and we plan to reach $150K/month by year-end, but only if the results justify it. Your job is to make that scale-up happen without losing lead quality.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll work inside the ad platforms every week, and you'll also be the person the marketing team, Sales, and leadership turn to on paid performance. When someone asks "what's working, what isn't, and what do we do next?", you're the one who answers.

If spend goes up and pipeline quality goes down, we've failed. We want revenue from paid, not cheap leads.

What you'll own:
  • Paid strategy across channels. Meta is our main channel today, and you need to be an expert operator there. You'll also build out Google, LinkedIn, X, CTV, and other channels into real contributors. You'll decide where each dollar goes and why.

  • Hands-on execution. You'll build, launch, and optimize campaigns yourself, especially early on. This is not an agency-coordinator or dashboard-watching seat.

  • Creative direction. We have an in-house team formed by a creative strategist, designer, video editor, and copy capabilities. You own what runs and why: the hypotheses, the testing roadmap, and the feedback loop that tells the team what's converting into pipeline.

  • Full-funnel accountability. You'll work closely with CRO, Sales, and the rest of the Marketing team to connect ad performance to what happens after the click. That means attribution accuracy, lead quality, time to lead, SALs, and SQLs. You'll push back on targeting and ICP assumptions when the data says we're wrong.

  • Budget scaling with discipline. Spend increases are gated by efficiency. You'll decide when a channel or campaign has earned more budget and when it needs to be pulled back.

How you'll be measured
  • Cost per MQL

  • MQL meetings held

  • Cost per Marketing SQL

  • Pipeline quality

We don't measure you on CTR, CPM, or cheap lead volume.

Where this goes

You'll start as a senior operator: stabilize performance, scale what works, and build your presence on the team. As channels mature and paid strategy lines up with company growth goals, this role grows into Growth Lead, with a team built around you.

What you bring

Must-haves

  • Senior-level, hands-on experience running paid acquisition, with deep Meta expertise

  • A track record of scaling spend while holding or improving downstream metrics like meetings, SQLs, and pipeline, not just CPL

  • Strong HubSpot skills, including attribution and reporting

  • Real AI fluency: you use AI every day to move faster on analysis, reporting, copy iteration, and building dashboards

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. You don't wait to be told what to test next.

Strong plus

  • B2B demand generation experience, especially lead-gen with a sales-assisted funnel

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Google, X, or CTV

Who you'll work with

You'll work with the Head of Marketing, CEO, creative strategist, designer, video editor, copywriter, CRO, Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing Team.
