The listing
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end go-to-market operations for a healthcare staffing business. This role turns GTM strategy into live, measurable outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn, owning the operational process from prospect data and campaign setup through lead engagement, CRM management, and reporting.
This is a full-time, remote role requiring 160 hours per month, with compensation of $6–$10 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage outbound replies, classify lead intent, respond to warm leads, book demos, and hand qualified leads to sales.
- Follow up and re-engage stalled or unresponsive leads and process opt-outs across channels.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, lead stages, ownership, activities, and data hygiene.
- Build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and outbound tool integrations.
- Build, launch, and manage multi-step email and LinkedIn campaigns, including nurture and re-engagement flows.
- Configure sequences, schedules, sending limits, and sender assignments while monitoring campaign health.
- QA outbound communications for personalization, links, messaging, sender details, and compliance.
- Manage sending domains, mailboxes, DNS authentication, warm-up, deliverability, and sender account health.
- Build, clean, deduplicate, and enrich targeted prospect lists using data and scraping tools.
- Prepare calling lists and manage data credits across tools.
- Deliver weekly performance reporting and maintain CRM dashboards and live campaign trackers.
- Administer GTM tools, accounts, subscriptions, and credits.
- Document recurring processes and support sales with data, lead context, and CRM fixes.
Qualifications
- 1 year of marketing operations experience supporting a B2B outbound or demand generation team.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
- Strong CRM administration skills.
- Experience managing lead replies and sales handoffs.
- Working knowledge of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, and bounce management.
- Experience with list building and data enrichment.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Strong attention to detail and clear written English.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Instantly, and a LinkedIn automation tool such as Aimfox or similar.
- US healthcare or staffing outbound experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and TCPA basics for US outreach is a plus.
- Experience with Apollo, SignalHire, FullEnrich, Apify, Floqer, remote.co, Make.com or Zapier, and JustCall is preferred.
