Full timeTo advance the purpose of InterVarsity, this position will provide project management and operational leadership to the Marketing Department, including managing national marketing projects and facilitating systems to reach Marketing’s goals of resourcing the mission of InterVarsity. This marketing professional will contribute excellent project management skills and draw on their marketing experience to help accelerate InterVarsity’s marketing program.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Personal:
- Be a maturing disciple of Jesus Christ: growing in love for God, God's Word, God's people of every ethnicity and culture, and God's purposes in the world
- Model biblical discipleship through all of life
Provide project management and leadership for marketing projects:
- Coordinate and monitor campaigns and projects to support the department’s goals, objectives, and mission
- Delegate appropriate tasks and manage project production accordingly
- Set agendas for project meetings, ensure objectives are met efficiently and effectively, and that next steps and tasks are managed and monitored
- Ensure successful completion and excellent project delivery that is on-time, on-scope, on-budget, and with complete documentation
- Act as “air traffic control” for Marketing business processes to ensure cross-departmental coordination, appropriate change management, and process improvement both within department and in collaboration with other departments and vendors
Contribute to the effectiveness of InterVarsity’s marketing program:
- Track marketing campaign metrics and gather critical analytics to prepare and provide reports as requested
- Contribute to relationship maintenance of key stakeholders
- Oversee meeting coordination and scheduling as necessary
- Manage miscellaneous functions of the Marketing team as necessary including but not limited to:
- Organizing campaign and vendor files
- Researching and gathering necessary resources for marketing projects
- Processing vendor contracts and payments as directed
- Collaborate successfully within the Marketing Team and with other departments
- Stay current with software InterVarsity uses to support the above functions
- Attend various conferences and other events/projects as assigned
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends
Develop and maintain a funding base:
- Raise an agreed upon amount of personal financial support
- Develop and maintain a personal support team for prayer and financial support through visits, phone calls, and regular prayer letters
QUALIFICATIONS
- Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Management preferred
- 1-2 years of professional project management or marketing experience required; three or more years strongly desired
- Demonstrated commitment to dependability and able to travel periodically to InterVarsity meetings as well as InterVarsity’s National Service Center (Madison, WI) if working remotely
- Prior experience with InterVarsity or other campus ministry is highly desirable
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
- Preferred working knowledge:
- Email Marketing Automation systems (Mailchimp, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Wrike or similar project management software
- Social media platforms
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and files
- Ability to take charge of tasks and work independently without close supervision
- Ability to develop procedures for doing work
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines

Pay Range: $50,772.00 - $67,680.00 per yearBenefits:
