At Factored, you’ll be part of a community that values learning, ownership, and authenticity, where your growth is personal and your ideas matter. We’re transparent, curious, and collaborative. We strive for excellence, celebrate diversity, encourage curiosity, and build an environment where you can truly thrive.
The role
You’ll build and operate the agents, integrations, and workflows behind our GTM Platform: a shared intelligence layer that turns account signals into seller actions and improves through feedback and results.
Qualified signals × validated sales plays × timely action = revenue.
Working with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Data, and Engineering, you’ll own workflows from discovery and prototyping through deployment, adoption, and improvement.
What you’ll own
- Signal intelligence: Detect account changes, enrich records, and prioritize opportunities based on fit, timing, and supporting evidence.
- Sales workflows: Translate approved plays into buyer recommendations, outreach drafts, meeting preparation, partner introduction paths, and CRM updates.
- Shared GTM memory: Connect account data, call transcripts, sales content, and customer feedback into reusable context for sellers and agents.
- Learning loops: Capture seller feedback and commercial outcomes. Maintain versioned prompts, skills, and plays, then test and improve them.
- Performance measurement: Track account coverage, adoption, signal-to-action speed, conversion, and pipeline contribution by signal, play, segment, persona, and channel.
- Reliable execution: Evaluate AI outputs, handle integration failures, manage costs and permissions, and maintain appropriate human review. Document workflows and train users.
