THE COMPANY
We are NEURAL EARTH. We bring clarity to physical risk, enabling leaders to engage with confidence and enact resilient, business-critical decisions. Today's environmental, economic, and infrastructure challenges are deeply interconnected, yet the data required to understand these relationships is scattered across siloed and aging systems. Neural Earth enables operational execution, delivering a single decision intelligence platform that unifies planetary, governmental, and asset-level data, always on and always learning. This is technical work that requires patience. It requires teams willing to operate at the intersection of AI research, geospatial science, distributed systems, and enterprise deployment. It is also incredibly rewarding. Join us at Neural Earth — the next frontier is here.
THE ROLE
The Customer Solutions Lead owns the customer's path from first conversation to real value. You'll shape solutions during pre-sales, then lead onboarding and implementation so customers see results fast. About 70% of your time goes to solutioning and implementation, and 30% to turning what you learn into clear input for product. The opportunity is to build this motion from the ground up, including how we scope, how we launch, and how we measure time to value. You've spent years inside P&C insurance workflows, you're as comfortable with a chief underwriting officer as with a data engineer, and you don't rest until a customer is live and getting results. You'll report to our Head of Revenue. This is you!
HOW YOU'LL BE SUCCESSFUL
Shape: Get into the details of how carriers and MGAs underwrite, price, and manage their portfolios, then recommend solutions that fit how they actually work and are clear about what we can deliver today and what comes later.
Prove: Build demos around each customer's real risk questions and put together a business case their underwriting and finance leaders believe, showing impact on loss ratios, efficiency, and time saved.
Deliver: Own every implementation from signed proposal to go-live, so customers have one person who knows what was promised and makes sure they get to value quickly.
Grow: Stay close to customers after launch, keep an eye on adoption, and raise problems and expansion opportunities with the revenue team early.
Inform: Bring product a steady flow of what you're hearing from customers, including the gaps, use cases, and business impact behind each request, so they can prioritize what to build next.
WHY WE VALUE YOU
You know P&C insurance from the inside, including how underwriters, actuaries, and portfolio managers make decisions.
You listen for what customers aren't saying: the workflow gaps, data problems, and internal constraints that decide whether a solution gets adopted.
You build demos around a prospect's own risk questions, not a generic script.
You translate product capability into business outcomes and can build an ROI case a finance leader will sign off on.
You're hands-on with platforms and data products. You don't write code, but you hold your own in conversations about APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
You've gotten enterprise customers live and productive quickly, and you know where implementations tend to stall.
You bring executive presence to rooms with underwriting leaders and technical buyers alike.
You write clearly and document as you go, from solution designs to integration guides.
You keep the promises made during the sale and make sure the customer always knows who to call.
You enjoy building process from scratch and thrive in the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage startup.
REQUIREMENTS
7-10 years of experience across solutions, implementation, or product roles
Deep knowledge of P&C insurance workflows, gained at a carrier, MGA, or a vendor serving them
A track record of taking enterprise customers from signed contract to go-live on a software or data product
Hands-on experience configuring SaaS platforms or data products
Ability to accommodate travel as needed (~25%)
