Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for a full-time remote position serving clients in Kansas. You will provide therapy to adults dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and major life changes.
The role includes scheduled client sessions, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and follow-up care. You will manage your cases independently while following established clinical and professional standards.
Location: Kansas
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual counseling sessions to clients in Kansas
- Complete assessments and review presenting concerns
- Establish treatment goals based on client needs
- Provide therapy for a range of mental health concerns
- Review client progress and make changes to treatment when appropriate
- Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and other required documentation
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Refer clients to additional services when a higher level of care is needed
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in Kansas
- Experience in outpatient therapy, private practice, community mental health, or telehealth
- Comfortable using video platforms and electronic health record systems
- Strong documentation skills and sound clinical judgment
- Private workspace and reliable internet connection for remote sessions
