Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Full-Time | Remote | $115,000–$120,000 per year + Benefits
We are looking for a New Mexico-licensed LCSW to provide therapy in a fully remote setting. The position involves working with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, family concerns, or major life changes. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, you will use your clinical experience to understand each case, determine what support is appropriate, and manage care from the first appointment through ongoing follow-up.
What the Position Involves
- Meeting with clients through scheduled video appointments
- Completing initial clinical interviews and reviewing relevant history
- Identifying concerns that should be addressed during treatment
- Providing therapy based on the needs of each client
- Keeping clear notes and maintaining required records
- Following up on changes in symptoms or circumstances
- Referring clients to outside services when necessary
- Maintaining professional and licensing standards for practice in New Mexico
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Fully Remote
Requirements
- MSW degree + active LCSW license in New Mexico
- A minimum of 2 years’ field experience
- Confidence working independently in a virtual setting
- Strong communication and case documentation skills
