Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Location: Nevada
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
The LCPC will manage a caseload of Nevada clients from the initial appointment through completion of care. This includes getting to know each client’s history, identifying what is bringing them to counseling, setting a clear direction for therapy, and making clinical decisions as treatment moves forward. The role requires someone who can work independently, stay organized across multiple cases, and recognize when a client may need services beyond outpatient counseling.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned cases from intake through discharge
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients
- Review clinical history and current concerns at the start of care
- Establish the focus of therapy and revisit it when needed
- Keep case notes, treatment records, and required documentation current
- Recognize changes that may require a referral or different level of care
- Respond appropriately to urgent or high-risk concerns
- Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
- Practice in accordance with Nevada licensing requirements
Requirements
- Active LCPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
